Job Responsibilities

  • Counseling with prospective students who intend to study abroad, and overall responsible for all kinds of activities of the Student Visa service.
  • Counselling with students to promote admission to different countries.

  • Ensuring company policies are followed.
  • Optimizing profits by controlling costs.
  • Hiring, training, and developing new employees.
  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
  • Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
  • Developing goals for the development team and business growth, and ensuring they are met.
  • Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
  • Excellent Customer Service mind & proactive sales/cross-sales & follow-up to convert from a potential lead source to meet the pipeline & final sales target
  • Counseling of prospective students and their families regarding study opportunities.

Requirements

Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
Ability to manage complex projects and multitask.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.

Education

Bachelor Degree

Experience

1 to 2 years
