Job Responsibilities

1. Coordinating all office activities with efficiency.

2. Monitoring all office activities.

3. Develop and maintain a filing system

4. Welcome all visitors and students into the front office/reception in a professional manner.

5. Dealing with enquiries

6. Receive letters, messages, and handover those to the concerned persons.

7. Ensure the reception area is organised and maintained in a professional way.

8. Submit reports timely and doing any other task assigned by the management.

Requirements

- Self Motivated team Player.

- Excellent communication and computer skills are required.

Must stay at the hostel.

Education

Honours running student / Freshers.

Experience

- Freshers are encouraged to apply. Experienced candidates will get preference.
- Salary: BDT. 8,000
- Facilities: Accommodation & Food facilities are available for the candidate.
