Job Responsibilities

1. Greet and assist walk-in clients and visitors professionally.
2. Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person regarding study abroad programs, visa processes, and admission requirements.
3. Manage appointments and meetings for students and counselors.
4. Call prospective students to promote study abroad opportunities and educational programs.
5. Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and existing students to provide updated information.

Requirements

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

Education

Minimum H.S.C

Experience

Freshers are also encouraged to apply. Experienced candidates will receive preference.
