Job Responsibilities

- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets and organizational objectives.

- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities through effective market research, networking, and relationship building.

- Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with clients, educational institutions, and industry stakeholders to drive business growth and foster collaboration.

- Lead the sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory experience for clients.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and offerings tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform strategic decision-making and business development efforts.

- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and reports to senior management and key stakeholders.

Requirements

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport and fostering productive relationships.

- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities, coupled with a results-driven mindset and a passion for driving business success.

- Proficiency in English and Bengali, both written and verbal.

- Prior experience in the education sector or related industries is advantageous but not essential.

Education

Graduation. The academic qualification will be relaxed for deserving candidates.

Experience

Freshers are also encouraged to apply. Experienced candidates will receive preference.
