• Train and guide sales associates to uphold operational standards.
• Deliver outstanding service, addressing customer needs promptly and resolving issues per company guidelines.
• Ensure store presentation, ensuring displays are appealing and aligned with brand standards.
• Regularly update layouts to enhance customer engagement.
• Optimize stock levels to prevent overstocking or shortages.
• Manage daily cash deposits and update expense and stock accounts.
