3. Dedicated approach to collect authentic reviews.
4. Collaborating with relevant teams to sort out the issues mentioned as negative reviews/feedback.
5. Collaborate with the Customer Support team.
6. Checking all the available complaints.
7. Drafting and maintaining various reports as per the guidance of line managers in regard to compliance, audit, and other purposes.
