To Attend Incoming & Outgoing calls with proper etiquettes and maintaining records for them. To respond to the telephonic call and carry out the conversations politely and on time.
Requirements
Proficient in English both spoken and written
Basic knowledge of email communication
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word also social media Facebook & whatsapp
