Job Responsibilities

  • Manage customer reservations and inquiries.
  • Handle bookings and coordinate with the clients.
  • Maintain accurate records and follow up on reservations.
  • To Handle Telephonic and Walk-in inquiries. To behave in a very professional manner and always acquire the professional ethics and maintain a register for calls & others.
  • To Attend Incoming & Outgoing calls with proper etiquettes and maintaining records for them. To respond to the telephonic call and carry out the conversations politely and on time.

Requirements

  • Proficient in English both spoken and written
  • Basic knowledge of email communication
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word also social media Facebook & whatsapp
