Job Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Bangla Indian Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of traditional Bengali and North Indian cuisine, with the ability to prepare authentic dishes that delight our customers.

• Prepare and cook a wide range of Bangla and Indian dishes, including fish curries, biryani, dal, bhuna, and vegetarian/non-vegetarian items.
• Ensure food quality, hygiene, and presentation standards are consistently met.
• Manage kitchen inventory and order supplies when necessary.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
• Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Create or modify menus based on seasonality and customer preferences if applicable.
