Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and multi-skilled Accounts, Admin & Client Relations Officer who will manage day-to-day financial and administrative tasks, while also ensuring a smooth experience for our clients throughout the sales and after-sales journey. This role is crucial in maintaining operational efficiency and strong client relationships.
Accounts & Finance:
Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions including booking money, installment collections, expenses, and petty cash.
Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with budgeting and payroll.
Ensure compliance with tax and company regulations.
Administrative Duties:
Manage office operations including documentation, correspondence, and supply coordination.
Assist in HR functions such as attendance, salary disbursement, and record-keeping.
Maintain filing systems and assist directors with internal coordination.
Client Relations & After-Sales Support:
Serve as the main point of contact for clients after booking.
Update clients about payment schedules, project updates, and handover procedures.
Address customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally.
Coordinate smooth handover of apartments and collect necessary documents from clients.
