We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to lead and execute our sales strategy, drive apartment bookings, and expand our brand presence in the real estate market. This role is key to achieving our business goals, building strong customer relationships, and managing a high-performing team.
Sales Leadership:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
Identify and pursue new leads, manage the sales pipeline, and convert inquiries into successful bookings.
Supervise and mentor the sales team to meet performance goals.
Marketing Execution:
Design and execute digital marketing strategies Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, etc..
Oversee content creation for social media, ads, brochures, and branding.
Work with designers and agencies to maintain brand consistency across platforms.
Client Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners.
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations to close deals.
Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the pre and post-sales process.
Market Intelligence:
Research market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
Provide insights for pricing strategies and promotional campaigns.
Reporting & Administration:
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management.
Maintain CRM systems and accurate client databases.
