Job Responsibilities

  • Work closely with brand promoters to enhance customer experience at retail outlets.
  • Track training effectiveness and provide feedback to the management team.
  • Analyze market trends and customer preferences to improve sales strategies.

Requirements

 

- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to influence and train sales teams effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.

 

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Experience

1-3 years of experience in retail sales, training, or territory management.
