Job Responsibilities

• Install and configure software applications at client locations
• Provide on-site and remote support to troubleshoot software-related issues.
• Train end-users on software usage, best practices, and troubleshooting steps.
• Maintain logs of issues, solutions, and support activities.
• Visit client sites as needed to provide hands-on assistance.
• Manage service calls and maintain a schedule for client visits.
