Job Responsibilities

• Have extensive knowledge and experience regarding the university application and visa process for the UK, Australia, Denmark, Sweden
• Supervise a team of counselors and other team members daily.
• Assess and monitor counselors' performance to ensure they meet performance benchmarks and take corrective measures as required.
• Responsible for meeting the targets set for self and subordinates under supervision.
• Handle student, application, and visa escalations, taking appropriate action for quick solutions.
• Advise, verify, and compile all necessary documentation for fulfilling university admission and visa requirements.
• Develop strategies and action plans for attracting and retaining potential applicants through the process.
• Correspond with university delegates and coordinate training for self and other team members.
• Identify areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as set by management.
Educational Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; Master’s degree preferred.
