Job Responsibilities
EDUEX is seeking a motivated and dedicated Application Support Officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide support to students from diverse backgrounds, including those in the UK, EU, and internationally.
We are looking for a professional with:
- Excellent written and spoken English language skills.
- Strong organizational abilities.
- A commitment to delivering exceptional service for the long term.
This is a fully remote position; however, applicants must work in the UK time zone 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
The ideal candidate should have experience/eager to learn the following:
- Managing university application portals.
- Communicating effectively with university staff, team members and students.
- Preparing students for Admission Interview and Assessment.
- Writing Statements of Purpose SoPs for university applications.
- Preparing students CVs.
Note: We will provide comprehensive training from scratch to ensure you have all the skills and knowledge needed for success in this role.
Requirements
- Computer Literacy: Must have a good command of MS Office, Google Sheets, Google Drive, and email management. Proven ability to manage multiple applications and meet deadlines.
- Working Hours: Applicants must understand that they will work closely with the UK team and adjust their schedule to align with UK working hours 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, London Time.
- Team Work: Should have experience working in a team or a willingness to learn team collaboration skills.
- Task Delivery: Must be able to understand their task list properly and deliver assignments on time.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in English or any discipline with a strong command of English
- Running university students are also welcome if you can maintain the required working hours.
Experience
- 1-2 years in a similar industry preferred.
- New graduates are also welcome to apply.
