Obtain customer information such as name, phone number email id. Answer telephone calls from potential customers who have been solicited through advertisements.
Telephone or write emails to respond to correspondence from customers or to follow up initial sales contacts.
Schedule appointments with the client.
Type documents, drafts, and reports.
Should have self-supervision skills and performance management skills.
