Job Responsibilities

  • Should have excellent convincing skills.
  • Obtain customer information such as name, phone number email id. Answer telephone calls from potential customers who have been solicited through advertisements.
  • Telephone or write emails to respond to correspondence from customers or to follow up initial sales contacts.
  • Schedule appointments with the client.
  • Type documents, drafts, and reports.
  • Should have self-supervision skills and performance management skills.

Requirements

  1. Ability to take the challenge and be proactive.
  2. Applicants must be smart, energetic, and good communication skills in English.
  3. Ability to work under pressure
  4. Necessary training and guidelines will be provided.

Education

• Minimum HSC Complete

Experience

Freshers are encouraged to apply . Experienced in tele sales or customer services will be given preference.
