• Should have excellent convincing skills.
• Obtain customer information such as name, phone number email id. Answer telephone calls from potential customers who have been solicited through advertisements.
• Telephone or write emails to respond to correspondence from customers or to follow up initial sales contacts.
• Schedule appointments with the client.
• Type documents, drafts, and reports.
• Should have self-supervision skills and performance management skills.
• Ability to take the challenge and be proactive.
• Applicants must be smart, energetic, and good communication skills in English.
• Ability to work under pressure
• Working hours = 5 pm to 1 am Monday to Friday.
