Job Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the food processing unit, ensuring smooth
workflow and production efficiency. - Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Assist in compliance with food safety standards, hygiene regulations, and quality control
measures. - Coordinate with the maintenance team for timely servicing and repairs of
equipment. - Monitor production schedules, inventory, and supply chain logistics to maintain seamless
operations. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement innovative solutions.
- Responsible for the smooth running of the day-to-day operation of the business.
- Supervise Shift workers, ensuring optimal performance and productivity.
Requirements
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
- Familiarity with industry regulations, safety protocols, and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and production management software is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of business operations, making sure that human resource is efficiently utilised.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.

Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management or a related field.
Experience
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in operations management within the food processing
industry.
Candidates from Sylhet will be given higher priority.
