eCloud BPO, a sister concern of eCloud Experts, a UK-based cloud accounting firm, is looking for an experienced Cloud Bookkeeper to join our onsite team. This role involves managing our clients' financial data using cloud-based systems like QuickBooks and Xero and ensuring compliance with statutory legislator. Additionally, the successful candidate will be involved in migrating data between different accounting soZware, maintaining the integrity and accuracy of financial records. Students currently pursuing degrees in accounting and finance are encouraged to apply, as this position provides practical experience in a professional setting.

Responsibili&es:

- Conduct daily bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks Online and Xero.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring prompt and accurate processing of
invoices and payments.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
- Prepare accurate monthly financial reports and other financial documents as required.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Participate in migrating financial data from one accounting soZware to another, ensuring seamless transitions and data integrity.
- Ensure adherence to internal accounting policies and relevant legal regulations.
- Support external auditors during the annual audit process.
- Maintain the confidentiality and integrity of all financial data.
