Job Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Research and identify potential leads across various industries, ensuring alignment with our target audience.
•Email Strategy Development: Create, execute, and optimize personalized email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive engagement.
•Market & Competitor Research: Conduct in-depth research on market trends and competitors to enhance email outreach effectiveness.
•Personalized Outreach: Write tailored email sequences that resonate with prospects and encourage responses.
•CRM & Database Management: Maintain and update lead databases, ensuring accurate segmentation and follow-ups.
•Performance Analysis: Track and analyze email marketing performance, adjusting strategies to improve open rates, response rates, and conversions.
•A/B Testing: Test different email subject lines, copy, and CTA strategies to maximize effectiveness.

 

Requirements

• Strong research skills for identifying high-quality leads.
•Exceptional English proficiency written and verbal.
•Experience with CRM systemsHubSpot and lead management.
•Strong analytical skills for tracking email performance.
•Ability to craft compelling and persuasive personalized email content.
•Basic HTML/CSS skills preferred but not required.

 

Education

A minimum Bachelor's degree is required in any field.

Experience
