Job Responsibilities

 

  • Plan and coordinate all distribution operations to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Oversee the storage, handling, and inventory of products within warehouses or distribution centers.
  • Manage and optimize transportation logistics to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators KPIs related to distribution and logistics.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with legal regulations.
  • Lead, train, and manage a team of distribution staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Resolve customer issues related to distribution and delivery.
  • Ensure the maintenance and efficient utilization of transportation vehicles and equipment.
  • Ensure smooth running of distribution house.
  • Motivate sales team to achieve targets.
  • Maintain operational issues.

 

Requirements

 

  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

 

Education

H.S.C

Experience

Working Experience in distribution house will be added advantage.
