We are looking for a dedicated, smart, energetic, compassionate student counselor who must have a good command of English a competent score in IELTS/PTE/TOFEL is preferable but not mandatory and able to

• Assist students regarding academic programs, admission requirements, and career pathways tailored to their interests and qualifications.
• Maintain regular communication with students to provide updates on application status, deadlines, and next steps.
• Provide in-depth counseling to students and their families on education abroad options and opportunities
• Responsibilities of recruitment and ensuring that a targeted number of student files is opened.
• Prepare and submit periodic reports on student inquiries, applications, and conversions to the management team.
• Maintain Facebook page and queries and update them accordingly and manage all students' queries over the phone.
• Advising potential students on education opportunities, application procedures, visa applications of the UK, USA, Canada, Europe

• Train the applicants for various interviews university/visa.
• Manage students’ interview schedules and take actions accordingly.
• Able to review, and provide intensive guidelines to the students for SOPs personal statements/motivation letters
• Analyse and collect resources, information and materials as required for interview preparations both conducted by the university and embassy.
• Become knowledgeable of academic/ formal writing of English Language
• Student counseling, follow-up calls, & emails.
• Prepared to accomplish other responsibilities assigned by the CEO or top management
• Coordinate with the student counselling and admission team and assist as required.
