Assistant Food and Beverage Manager will be responsible for the efficient running of the service & production department in line with Hotel Crystal Rose Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. In addition, The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager is responsible to function as the Business Manager and a Marketing Specialist for the Food and Beverage Department, to ensure that all the outlets operate successfully, in accordance with the standard of the hotel and are individually profitable.
Minimum Graduation in any discipline
Minimum 2 years’ experience required
