Job Responsibilities

 

  1. Customer Support:

    • Assist customers by answering questions about products and services.
    • Provide guidance and recommendations to help customers make purchasing decisions.
  2. Product Knowledge:

    • Maintain an in-depth understanding of the product range to communicate features and benefits to customers effectively.
  3. Sales Support:

    • Help the sales team with administrative tasks such as processing orders, updating customer records, and managing sales documentation.
    • Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges.
  4. Inventory Management:

    • Monitor stock levels, restock shelves, and ensure product displays are organized and attractive.
    • Assist with stocktaking and inventory control.
  5. Processing Transactions:

    • Operate cash registers and process payments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
    • Prepare and package products for delivery or customer pickup.
  6. Sales Target Achievement:

    • Assist in meeting sales targets by encouraging additional product purchases and promotions.
  7. Customer Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster repeat business.
    • Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly.
  8. Team Collaboration:

    • Work with the sales team to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.

    • Accuracy when processing transactions and managing inventory.
    • Ensuring that displays are well-organized and products are properly stocked.
  6. Basic Computer Skills:

    • Familiarity with point-of-sale POS systems and basic software like spreadsheets.
