1. Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately by answering or referring to inquiries in a polite manner.
2. Answer the telephone in a timely and professional manner.
3. Receiving and sorting daily mail/deliveries/couriers and dispatch them to the concerned end by maintaining a proper register.
4. Keeping a safe and clean reception area by complying with official rules and regulations.
5. Any other task assigned by the management.
- Basic Knowledge of Computer Operation.
- Standard English communication skills.
- Be able to work in stressful situations.
- Strong organizing, coordinating, and administrative skills and problem-solving skills.
Graduation.
