Job Responsibilities

  • Plan and conduct group or individual fitness sessions tailored to various skill levels and fitness goals.
  • Demonstrate proper techniques for exercises, ensuring participant safety and proper form.
  • Design customized exercise programs, incorporating strength, flexibility, endurance, and cardiovascular fitness.
  • Provide guidance on nutrition, lifestyle habits, and overall wellness if applicable.
  • Monitor client progress and adapt programs to meet evolving fitness goals.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workout environment.
  • Stay informed on fitness trends and certifications to deliver cutting-edge training techniques.
  • Promote classes or services through effective communication and engagement with clients.
