Job Responsibilities
Welcome and greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive experience.
Manage front-desk operations, including answering and directing calls professionally.
Handle scheduling, appointments, and inquiries efficiently.
Assist with basic graphic design tasks flyers, brochures, social media posts.
Create and edit official videos as per organizational requirements.
Maintain and update computer records and files with accuracy.
Support day-to-day administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
Basic knowledge of computer operations and office software - MS Office Suite.
Experience in video editing/making - Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
Excellent verbal communication and fluency in English .
Friendly and approachable demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in graphic design software-Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar tools.
Education
Graduation Completed.
