Job Responsibilities

1. Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately by answering or referring to inquiries in a polite manner.

2. Counseling with prospective students who intend to study abroad and overall responsible for all kinds of activities of Student Visa service.

3. Counselling with Students to Promote different countries' admission.

4. Receiving and sorting daily mail/deliveries/couriers and dispatch them to the concerned end by maintaining a proper register.

5. Keeping a safe and clean reception area by complying with official rules and regulations.

6. Any other task assigned by the management.

7. Familiar with CRM software.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Multitasking and time-management skills.
  • Professional appearance and behavior.
  • Fluency in Bengali and basic English.

Graduation complete
