Job Responsibilities

  1. Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  2. Manage emails, phone calls, and correspondence with clients and team members.
  3. Coordinate schedules and appointments for the management team.
  4. Maintain and update the CRM system.
  5. Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
  6. Collaborate with UK and Bangladesh teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow.

Requirements

  1. Proven experience in an administrative or office assistant role.
  2. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  3. Excellent communication skills in English , both written and verbal.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  5. Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
  6. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
