Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare and bake a variety of bread, pastries, and desserts.
  • Ensure high-quality standards in all baked goods.
  • Follow recipes and adjust ingredients as needed.
  • Decorate and present pastries and cakes attractively.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area.
  • Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to meet customer orders.
  • Develop new recipes and seasonal items.
  • Manage baking schedules to ensure timely production.

Requirements

  • Higher Secondary HSC or Equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year experience in similar position in a branded hotel/restaurant/resort in or outside Bangladesh
