Job Responsibilities

  • Receive guests in a professional and friendly manner, satisfying guest expectations from arrival through to departure
  • Maintain effective communication with all related departments to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Maintain an awareness of rate levels to be sold on a daily basis and the occupancy levels
  • Maintain an up to date knowledge of hotel and local services and supply information and respond to guest queries
  • Identify resource requirements and manage resource allocations to ensure complete coverage and continuous availability
  • Other duties will be assigned by the department head time to time.

Requirements

  • Higher Secondary HSC or Equivalent
  • Must be computer literate
  • Minimum 1 year experience in similar position in a branded hotel/resort in or outside Bangladesh

Education

Higher Secondary HSC or Equivalent

Experience

Must be experienced in Hotel Industry
