Job Responsibilities

 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve complaints promptly.
  • Assist in developing and executing customer retention strategies.
  • Monitor customer feedback and provide actionable insights to improve service quality.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, transactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve customer satisfaction goals.
  • Meet and exceed customer satisfaction. 

 

 

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service.
  • Having basic computer knowledge of MS Office.  
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in Bangla and English with the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A customer-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage call lists, follow-ups, and reporting.

Education

  • Minimum H.S.C 

Experience

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, client management or a related role.
