Job Responsibilities

  • Performing secretarial and administrative duties of Chairman of the Company. 
  • Scheduling Chairman’s corporate, business and investment related activities and appointments by maintaining an events calendar and sending reminders accordingly. 
  • Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of Chairman. 
  • Accompany Chairman and family local and overseas functions and trips and ensure travel arrangements. 
  • Take dictation and minutes, drafting emails and maintaining the filing system. 
  • Assist in tasks and projects which include record keeping, liaison, and coordination. 
  • Uphold a strict level of confidentiality, Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele. 
  • Be prepared for field work, overtime and flexible working hours may be required.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • MS Office and English proficiency.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
  • Able to work under pressure, multiple jobs, and Keen attention to detail.
  • 1-2 years of experience as a personal assistant would be advantageous.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Bachelor Degree, BBA
