Performing secretarial and administrative duties of Chairman of the Company.
Scheduling Chairman’s corporate, business and investment related activities and appointments by maintaining an events calendar and sending reminders accordingly.
Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of Chairman.
Accompany Chairman and family local and overseas functions and trips and ensure travel arrangements.
Take dictation and minutes, drafting emails and maintaining the filing system.
Assist in tasks and projects which include record keeping, liaison, and coordination.
Uphold a strict level of confidentiality, Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele.
Be prepared for field work, overtime and flexible working hours may be required.
Requirements
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
MS Office and English proficiency.
Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
Able to work under pressure, multiple jobs, and Keen attention to detail.
1-2 years of experience as a personal assistant would be advantageous.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
