Job Responsibilities
1. Admissions Counseling: Provide comprehensive guidance to prospective students regarding educational programs, admission requirements, and application procedures.
2. Application Management: Manage the entire application process for students including document collection, application submission, and follow-up with universities.
3. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, colleges, and educational partners to stay updated on admission criteria, scholarship opportunities, and program offerings.
4. Student Support: Offer personalized support to students throughout the admission process, addressing any queries or concerns they may have and providing assistance with visa applications, financial aid, and housing arrangements.
5. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of student applications, admissions decisions, and correspondence to ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments to coordinate student services and streamline processes for improved efficiency.
7. Market Research: Research emerging trends in higher education, market demand for various programs, and competitor analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
8. Event Participation: Represent H&H Global Education at recruitment events, workshops, and seminars to promote our services and attract prospective students.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree from any background.
2. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in admissions counseling or related fields, preferably in the education sector or study abroad consultancy.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with students, parents, and university representatives.
4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
5. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with admissions management software is preferred.
6. Knowledge of study abroad destinations, visa procedures, and international education systems is desirable.
7. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
8. Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
