Job Responsibilities

 

  • Guide clients through the e-Visa application process for various countries.
  • Review and verify clients' documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Stay updated on visa policies, requirements, and changes across countries.
  • Address client inquiries about e-Visa processes, timelines, and eligibility.
  • Provide personalized travel advice based on clients' destinations and needs.
  • Research and document up-to-date visa requirements for various countries.
  • Maintain an organized database of visa rules, fees, and processing times.
  • Resolve issues related to rejected applications or unforeseen travel requirements.

 

Requirements

  • Must have visited multiple countries and experienced various visa processes firsthand.
  • Familiarity with e-Visa systems and international travel requirements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to review documents with accuracy and precision.
  • Comfortable using online visa platforms, email, and other digital tools.
  • Fluency in additional languages is an asset.

Education

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Preferably in English.

Experience

- At least 1 year of experience in relevent field.
