Job Responsibilities

 

  • Greet and assist visitors with a welcoming attitude.
  • Manage incoming calls, provide information, and transfer to appropriate departments.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and inquiries effectively.
  • Maintain and organize the front desk area to create a professional impression.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and maintaining records.
  • Support office operations and provide assistance to other departments when required.

 

Requirements

 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Multitasking and time-management skills.
  • Professional appearance and behavior.
  • Fluency in Bengali and basic English.

 

Education

Minimum HSC/Graduate

Experience

Previous experience in front desk/receptionist roles is a plus.
