- Manage security team, including recruitment and training.
- Develop efficient schedules and oversee deployments.
- Implement security protocols and respond to incidents.
- Maintain client relationships and address concerns promptly.
- Conduct training programs and keep staff updated on industry trends.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and generate regular reports.
- Previous security management experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
Minimum H.S.C
- Minimum 1 year.
- Ex-Army person will receive preference.
