Job Responsibilities
Responsible for overall smooth functioning of the institution.
- Make optimum utilization of class time.
- Supervise performance of teacher.
- Ensuring active participation of students in classes.
- Supervise lesson plans, report and worksheets.
- Must have a love of children and teaching.
- Ensure best outcome from team mate
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in both Bangla and English.
- Ability to lead the team
- Good command in English written and verbal.
- Passion for teaching
Education
Master’s degree in any discipline from a reputed University. M.Ed. will be treated as additional qualifications.
Experience
Minimum 4-5 years experienced as a Princepal/Vice Princepal/Head Teacher,
