Job Responsibilities

 

  • Greet and assist visitors, students, and clients professionally.
  • Provide information about IELTS courses and services.
  • Manage student records, schedules, and correspondence.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and organized.
  • Handle course fee collections and issue receipts.
  • Support promotional activities and client engagement.
  • Address inquiries, complaints, and escalate issues when needed.
  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate with management.

 

Requirements

- Basic Knowledge of Computer Operation.

- Standard English communication skills.

- Be able to work in stressful situations.

- Strong organizing, coordinating, and administrative skills and problem-solving skills.

Education

Graduation.

Experience

less than 1 year.
