Job Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of fiber technicians in installation, maintenance, and repair activities.
- Plan and allocate daily work schedules, ensuring timely task completion.
- Perform fiber splicing, termination, and testing using advanced equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve fiber connectivity issues efficiently.
- Ensure all projects comply with safety standards and quality guidelines.
- Maintain and update documentation for installations, repairs, and maintenance.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance technical expertise and productivity.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to address service-related queries
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of fiber optic installation, splicing, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with OTDR, power meters, and other fiber testing tools.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Physically fit and able to work in various field conditions.
