Job Responsibilities

1. Knowledge about client support ISP infrastructure, Router, Switch.

2. Have sound knowledge of all kinds of Optical Fiber related task.

3. Splicing fiber cable for large cable transfers.

4. Graphical Design for Cable maintenance, Connection testing.

5. Serve as a technical resource for staff on all fiber-related areas and technical procedures. Be available for any on-call emergency coverage for fiber restoration year-round.

6. Must have a good understanding of the technologies and standards.

7. Must be able to differentiate Fiber color codes.

8. Proficient in the operation of all related fiber tools and equipment.

9. Excellent customer presentation and service skills.

10. Ability to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment.

11. Ability to work well under pressure and deadline environments.

12. Ability to translate highly technical information to end-user customers and staff.

13. Ability to communicate with other staff.

14. Ability to handle on-call responsibilities.

15. Perform other duties and responsibilities as required and assigned.

16. Prepare reports by analyzing and summarizing information.
