Job Responsibilities

  • Provide travel consultancy services, including flight booking, hotel reservations, and itinerary planning.
  • Assist clients in selecting travel packages, tours, and other travel-related services.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and respond promptly to inquiries.
  • Process payments, cancellations, and refunds efficiently.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel industry trends and airline policies.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in travel booking systems e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle customer queries with patience and professionalism.
  • Basic computer skills, including MS Office and email correspondence.

Education

Minimum HSC or equivalent Bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience

Montero degnee any Desipline.
Minimum 1 year of experience in the travel and tourism industry freshers with strong communication skills may apply.
