Job Responsibilities

  •  Oversee the daily operations of the travel agency, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow. 
  • Manage and train a team of travel consultants to meet company goals and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Handle high-level client queries and resolve issues with professionalism. 
  • Monitor financial aspects, including budgeting, revenue, and expenses.
  • Stay informed of market trends, competitor services, and industry regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with all travel and tourism industry standards and company policies.

Requirements

-Strong leadership and management skills.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
-Proficiency in travel booking systems e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre.
-Financial management skills, including budgeting and cost control.
-Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
-Basic computer skills, including MS Office and email correspondence.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Travel & Tourism, or a related field.

Experience

-Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role in the travel and tourism industry-
-Proven experience in managing a team and achieving business targets.
