Job Responsibilities

  • Design and develop comprehensive lesson plans and training materials tailored to learner needs.
  • Organise club activities and events that promote English conversation and cultural exchange.
  • Conduct interactive training sessions using various teaching methods, including role-playing and multimedia resources.
  • Assess learners' proficiency levels and provide constructive feedback to support their improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
  • Provide personalized guidance to help students achieve their language goals.
  • Stay updated on current teaching practices and educational technologies.
  • Collaborate with other educators and staff to ensure a cohesive learning experience.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Minimum IELTS score of 7.0 is required

Education

A Bachelor’s degree in English is preferable, but candidates with a degree in other subjects will be considered if they demonstrate strong competency in spoken English.

Experience

Proven experience as a Spoken English Trainer or English language teacher.
