Job Responsibilities

1. IT Infrastructure Setup and Monitoring

   • Configure, install, and monitor various IT hardware and software components to ensure optimal performance.
   • Perform routine checks and maintain IT infrastructure to reduce downtime.

2. Internet Connectivity Management

   • Monitor and manage internet connections to ensure consistent network availability.
   • Troubleshoot connectivity issues and liaise with the service provider for timely resolutions.

3. Security Camera and Device Maintenance

   • Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot security camera systems and related devices.
   • Regularly assess and ensure security camera functionality, data storage, and access controls.

4. Attendance Machine Setup and Monitoring

   • Install, configure, and maintain attendance management devices to ensure accurate record-keeping.
   • Perform periodic checks to confirm device accuracy and connectivity.

5. Troubleshooting Support

   • Provide support for IT-related issues across all departments, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software problems.
   • Maintain a log of troubleshooting activities for future reference and reporting.

6. Server-Related Tasks

   • Assist in managing server configurations, monitoring server performance, and performing routine backups.
   • Execute server maintenance, patching, and upgrades as directed by senior IT staff.
