Job Responsibilities
- Have extensive knowledge and experience regarding the university application and visa process for the UK, USA, Canada, and Australia.
- Supervise a team of counselors and other team members daily.
- Assess and monitor counselors' performance to ensure they meet performance benchmarks and take corrective measures as required.
- Responsible for meeting the targets set for self and subordinates under supervision.
- Handle student, application, and visa escalations, taking appropriate action for quick solutions.
- Advise, verify, and compile all necessary documentation for fulfilling university admission and visa requirements.
- Develop strategies and action plans for attracting and retaining potential applicants through the process.
- Correspond with university delegates and coordinate training for self and other team members.
- Identify areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as set by management.
Requirements
- Age: 25 to 40 years.
- Both males and females are encouraged to apply.
- Must have at least 3 to 6 years of experience in the overseas education industry, with 2 to 3 years in a managerial/team lead position.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Well-mannered and punctual.
- Result-oriented with strong presentation and communication skills.
- Committed to making and keeping business commitments.
- Responsible for decisions and actions.
- Capable of building constructive and productive relationships.
Education
Bachelor's degree in any discipline; Master’s degree preferred.
Experience
Must have at least 3 to 6 years of experience in the overseas education industry, with 2 to 3 years in a managerial/team lead position.
