Job Responsibilities
- Guiding candidates regarding Umrah packages.
- Use and prepare promotional techniques and materials to sell Islamic Tour packages.
- Ensure all communication both written and verbal is professional, accurate and conducted with efficiency.
- Develop Umrah Packages for the organization development.
- Process all of the documents required for the Visa processing of the candidate.
- Organize travel through booking tickets, accommodation and securing rental transportation etc. as per the requirements.
Requirements
- Ability to learn fast and act accordingly.
- A positive and self-determined attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Standard English skills in both verbal and written form.
- Sound knowledge about other organizations' pricing, service policies & Air Ticketing.
- Must have experience of booking hotels & transfers in both Pilgrim Cities of Makkah & Madinah.
- Clear concepts on all bookings, issues, reissue and refund policies etc.

Education
* Education qualification will be relax if you are expert in Umrah package.
Experience
Atleast 1 years of experience in related field.
