Job Responsibilities

The role of an Intake Coordinator is to process incoming referrals of member referred to our agency. Responsibilities include, excellent communication skills to be able to work with multiple MLTC representatives, attention to detail, effectively handle a high queries , ensure members are informed of every step of their enrollment process for health care services.

  • Receive referrals from referral sources
  • Verify patient’s insurance to determine eligibility
  • Educate member’s on services we provide & the process of enrollment
  • Send referral to MLTCs for potential enrollment or Medicaid assistance
  • Send referral to appropriate CHHA for Non skilled services
  • Determine what services were approved by MLTC
  • Timely and frequent communication with marketers and other team members to process daily referrals
  • Manage referral and intake processes
  • Contact with HRA for remove H78 Code and EP Code
  • Analyze weekly status update reports and take appropriate action
  • Schedule assessments and reassessments of applicants and enrollees
  • Ensure Agency receives authorization for MLTC cases and provide case
  • Develop positive relationships

Requirements

 

  • Excellent communication abilities, including speaking, writing and active listening.
  • You have to talk throughout the full shift in English, Don't bother if you are not a good English Speaker.
  • Great customer service skills, including a personable and positive attitude.
  • Good computer skills, including basic troubleshooting and using word processing, spreadsheet, presentation and email software applications.
  • Problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making abilities.
  • Proven experience in customer service or a related role is preferred.
  • It's a night shift job, So, don't apply if you are not a night hawk.
  • If you don't want to show up for interview, don't apply.
  • Last but not least " No late & absents" are allowed.

 

Education

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Administration/  Computer engineering / Marketing / Management /Economics / any other disciplines from any reputed University approved by the UGC.
  • A Level & O Leve will be given preference
  • Freshers may apply if good in English Speaking 

Experience

Minimum 1 or 2 years of experience will be given preference and also freshers can apply .

Compensation & Other Benefits

  • Salary: Tk. 25000 - 30000 Monthly
  • Performance bonus and  Yearly  2 Festival Bonus .
