- Assist them in downloading and installing the app on their mobile devices.
- Provide basic guidance on how to use the app and answer any questions they may have.
- Ensure a positive experience for the users by offering clear and friendly assistance.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain app features in a simple and clear manner.
- Patience and a friendly attitude while helping people.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and app installation processes.
- Availability for a 10-days contract.
- No specific educational requirements; however, experience in customer interaction or brand promotion is a plus.
Education
Graduation complete from any recognized university.
