Job Responsibilities

 

  • Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality service delivery.
  • Lead, train, and supervise the team, setting clear performance goals and conducting regular reviews.
  • Counsel students on overseas study opportunities, guiding them through admissions, visa processes, and financial planning.
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets and grow the branch’s client base.
  • Build and maintain relationships with international institutions, embassies, and clients.
  • Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and international education standards.

 

Requirements

 

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Knowledge of international education systems, university admissions, and visa regulations.

 

Education

Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business, Education, or a related field; a Master’s degree is an advantage.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in student consultancy or a similar field, with proven team management and sales success.

Other Details
