Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive CSR strategy in line with the company’s goals and values.
  • Identify and evaluate key CSR trends and opportunities to foster sustainable relationships with surrounding communities.
  • Ensure sustainable and positive relationships with local communities and surrounding inhabitants by addressing their needs, such as clean water, child development, and education for project-affected people PAPS.
  • Initiate different promotional environmental awareness and engagement program within  local communities to have a continuous relationship.
  • Take proactive steps to establish and maintain sustainable partnerships with community
  • Oversee the planning and execution of community-focused CSR programs, including clean water access, child development initiatives, and educational support for project-affected populations.
  • Implement initiatives that promote sustainable relationships with local communities,     ensuring long-term benefits for both the company and its stakeholders.
  • Engage with local communities and stakeholders on environmental and sustainability issues.
  • Conduct regular consultations with external stakeholders, including NGOs, government agencies, and local communities, to ensure compliance with regulations and alignment with community needs.
  • Maintain ongoing dialogue with affected communities to address concerns related to CSR projects and ensure their successful implementation.
  • Ensure that all CSR initiatives prioritize environmental sustainability, including reducing the company’s ecological footprint and improving the well-being of local communities.
  • Monitor the impact of CSR initiatives and ensure compliance with environmental and social.
  • Provide regular reports on the progress and impact of community engagement and sustainability efforts to senior management and external stakeholders.
  • Run Community health related projects as per plan.
  • Ensure compliance of the CSR activities as per group guidelines.

Education

The candidate should be at least Graduation Degree preferably in Social Science, public
relations, communications or development studies.

Experience

5 -8 years of experience in CSR, sustainability, or related roles

Other Details

  • Experience of working in NGOs and development agencies will be preferred. Working with stakeholder engagement with key stakeholder groups including but not limited to:
    communities, local government representatives and other individuals/entities of influence.
  •  The ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple projects.
  • Result Oriented, dynamic personality, strong commitment, team player and good work ethics.
